The program focuses on the research, preparation, and production of a feature length or equivalent major creative work in a relevant digital format, and a written exegesis of approximately 10,000 to 15,000 words. The first semester may also involve participation in classroom or on-line seminars on thesis preparation and presentation.
Entry Requirements
Selection will be based on the following criteria:

An approved Bachelor degree and/or professional or creative experience in a creative arts field; |

Submitted proposal for a creative project (approx 750 words), including the title of your project, a statement outlining the proposed creative work and a discussion of the issues it will address; |

|
Statement of your reasons for wanting to undertake this degree, which incorporates details on your background and experience in creative arts and what you are hoping to achieve from this course; |
|
|
Portfolio of previously published, screened, exhibited or broadcast creative work, including a bibliography and samples of reviews, if available; |
|
|
Demonstrated generic technical skills in the medium appropriate to the proposed project; |
|
|
Potential to carry out research and the
availability of appropriately qualified staff to
supervise the research. |
Professional Outcomes
Graduates will have a completed film to take to market and/or festivals, enabling them to further develop their career with a clear understanding of the creative process.
Work Experience & Internships
Internship students gain extensive work experience through being assigned to a production company. Enrolment is at the discretion of the Centre’s Advisory Committee, but will ultimately be decided by the employer.
Attendance
Most students undertake four subjects per semester (equivalent to 40 credit points). You may, however, enrol in fewer subjects and extend your degree over a longer period.
Bond's Teaching methodology involves a combination of lectures, tutorials, seminars, examinations, projects, presentations, assignments, computer labs and industry projects.
