The Customized Internship Program implies a specialized search catering specifically for your expectations and needs. You define the area in which you want to develop your international professional experience and the type of position you would like to undertake, based on the tasks you would like to do.

From the information given in your Application Form, our search will be oriented towards finding an organization which meets your requirements. Therefore you will need to specify the area in which you prefer to work, including the tasks you would like to carry out. These should be different from our Standard Placement options (database of existing firms and positions).

To proceed with your Customized Internship, please send us your CV, your Letter of Intent and the description of the placement you would like, including 2 alternative options. COINED will assign you to a position that matches one of your 3 options, and we will immediately inform you through the Internship Confirmation Form.

DURATION AND DATES

You decide the length and terms of your internship. For this experience to be worthwhile, you must work a minimum of 8 weeks and a maximum of one year.

When sending your application form, bear in mind that the application process can take up to 10 weeks before your position can be confirmed.

COINED might accept last minute applications under special circumstances. If you wish to apply for an internship with COINED less than 2 months in advance, please contact us as soon as possible and make sure that you mention in your application you are requesting a "Fast Search Internship". Our staff will assess your application and if possible will organize a fast search, at an extra cost for the student.
