Learning Outcomes
The
term has been designed to develop students` intellectual skills and
competencies, in a manner appropriate to their abilities, interests and
aspirations. The programme includes the preparation of a research
dissertation over six months (full time) or twelve months (part time).
These competencies and skills aim to assist graduates to obtain entry
level management positions in the international hospitality industry.

15000-word Dissertation either over six months (full time) or twelve
months (part time). Supervised by two faculty members with a final
assessment by an MMU Exam Board.
