The University College offers both Catered and Self- Catered Residential Accommodation. 

All University College residences are cleaned by the Domestic Services Department. Duvets, pillows and linen are not provided in any of our accommodation, but a bed bale can be hired for £30.00.

Self-Catered Residencies are situated in the city of Canterbury, all within walking distance of the University College.

Students need to bring their own crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils in self-catered accommodation.

 Lanfranc - a modern purpose built hall, accommodating 212 students, situated in the Northgate area of Canterbury, close to the city centre. It is divided into flats and houses for three to seven students offering single study bedrooms. Each student has en suite facilities. Kitchens are well equipped with cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer and ironing facilities.
£78.13 per week, part payment of utilities.

Pin Hill - a purpose built complex directly opposite Canterbury East Station. It is divided into five Halls:
Ramsey, Coggan, Runcie, and Carey together accommodate 116 students in two and three bedroomed flats, each with a kitchen and bathroom.
Benson House provides 40 en suite rooms. Each floor accommodates groups of 5-8 students sharing a fully equipped kitchen.

Pin Hill offers limited car parking to resident students by permit only.
£78.13 per week, part payment of utilities.

Vernon Place - a small residence situated in the centre of Canterbury within fifteen minutes walk of the University College. It offers 26 single rooms with self-catered facilities. It has a communal lounge and two kitchens on the ground floor, each equipped with a cooker, two microwave ovens and fridge/freezers. There are two washing machines.

Please note, there are no car-parking facilities at Vernon Place.
£71.13 per week inclusive of utilities.

All the above halls have a resident manager (or in the case of Vernon Place, a resident tutor) on site. 

In addition, we have a large portfolio of 3/4 and 5 bedroomed houses situated in residential areas in Canterbury.

All the properties have an agreed licence for 40 weeks.
