| Marketing
The M.B.A. in Global
Business with a concentration in Marketing prepares students to pursue
successful careers in the field of marketing in a very practical way.
Under the guidance of experienced practitioners, students in this major
frequently participate in hands-on projects that teach the application
of state-of-the-art marketing techniques. The concentration focuses on
marketing in the context of providing strategic direction to an
enterprise. As a result of this approach, our graduates marketing advice
is highly valued by both clients and top management.
Because of the
fast-paced, ever-changing and creative nature of marketing, the courses
in this concentration are always challenging. Students who are ready to
meet the challenges will find themselves well prepared for a wide
variety of careers in marketing, achieving positions as marketing
consultants, employees for the marketing department of domestic or
international corporations, and marketing specialists for non-profit
organizations. The Marketing program is offered on an evening
schedule with some core courses available during the days. Students
may enter this program in either the September or December terms.
