6-month Program vs. Academic Year (9-month) |
The Business Management
Academic Year program combines the Business Management 6-month program
with a 3-month specialization in a field of your choice.
During the first and
second quarters, students in both programs take the same classes.
Students in the Academic Year program further develop their skills
during the third quarter. For the first six months, students choose one
of the following emphases: Pre-MBA, Marketing, Finance or Human
Resources.
For the last three
months, students can continue with the same emphasis, or switch to New
Business Development. Both programs include daytime and evening classes.
The daytime classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of
international students and cover foundations of general business. During
evening classes, participants will be studying alongside American
adults.
Students who excel in the
Certificate Program may choose to continue for the 3rd quarter, but will
not obtain the cost benefits of originally enrolling in the Academic
Year.
|
|
Upon completion of the Concentrated
Studies, you may apply for an OPT
(Occupational Practical Training) for
up to one year of paid work. |
