have achieved level 110 in the ELS
English language
program prior to being considered for admission with the exception of
applicants who have completed their education in an institution where
English was the medium of instruction.
International students who have a TOEFL
score below 560 (220 computer based) but equal to or above 510 (180
computer based) or who have achieved level 110 in the
ELS program must take the English course in the foundation block
when they first enroll unless they have graduated from an accredited
American institution of higher education.
Students who demonstrate a score
of 560 (220 computer based) on the TOEFL or a 6.0 overall and 5.5
on each band score on the
IELTS
or have achieved level 110 in the ELS program prior to being considered
for admission will be considered to have sufficient English language
proficiency requirements.
