The
M.B.A. generalist program has been designed for mature students who are
on the fast track and desire to gain a general understanding of the
nature of business and essential managerial skills. This program may be
completed by full-time students in one intensive year. The M.B.A.
program consists of three different blocks of courses: environmental,
functional, and capstone. These required courses provide all M.B.A.
candidates with a fundamental understanding of essential managerial
skills and tasks. M.B.A. students who choose to focus on a particular
area of business such as finance, marketing, or international business
must complete two to four additional courses in their area of
concentration
