Meinders School of Business building launched 20 August.
The
new three-story building facility will include a 2,500-square-foot
auditorium capable of hosting business conferences, a computer lab, a
student/faculty lounge to facilitate collaboration and mentoring, and
breaking-out rooms for small-group meetings.
The
new building will also greatly facilitate the businesses school's
globalization initiative. State-of-the-art technology, including
internet access and video conferencing facilities will bring together
students from around the world in "virtual" classroom
environments, providing truly7 global business education. The
Meinders School Business is a pioneer in global business education,
gradating hundreds of business executives from its International
executive M.B.A. programs in Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the People's
Republic of China, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.
MBA
Scholarship:
OCU
is offering MBA scholarships of up to $2,000 for students applying
with a GPA of at least 3.0 and good TOEFL score. $1000 is awarded
by International Programs Department the first semester, and the second
scholarship of $1000 is awarded by the Meinders
Business School as long as the student gets a 3.0 GPA in the
first semester.
