Scholarships Opportunities
Oklahoma City
University is fully committed to awarding academic merit
scholarships to all eligible and promising international
students. The application for admission is also the application
for scholarships in most cases.
Freshman Scholarships (First-Year Undergraduate Students)
A total award
from $5,000 up to $11,000 per academic year
Minimum SAT
score of 1090 and cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
SAT score
includes Math and Critical Reading sections only.
Renewable
for up to 7 consecutive semesters with required minimum
Cumulative GPA.
Petree College & Meinders School of Business Departmental
Award (Freshmen only)
A total
award from $3,000 up to $6,000 per academic year
Other
conditions are the same as Freshman Scholarships
Undergraduate Transfer Scholarships
A total
award from $1,000 up to $7,000 per academic year
Must have
TOEFL 79 (IBT) and minimum GPA of 2.50 or better
GPA is
based on student’s final cumulative GPA before transferring to
OCU

annually; based upon membership in the United Methodist Church
